Passionate and results-driven Agile Project Management Practitioner with strong technical background in Oracle SQL, Forms, Reports, guiding cross-functional diversified teams to deliver high-quality products and services. With 11+ years of experience in the IT industry and 6+ years in Project management (Agile/waterfall) methodologies, my expertise lies not only in end-to-end project management phases of Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Closing but also in Agile transformation of an organization, facilitating Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in a Scaled Agile Framework(SAFe) setups.

My Expertise

Agile Project/Product Management

Facilitate Scrum Events, coach team on agile, kanban practices, enable continuous delivery through continuous refinement, exploration, development, integration and deployment. Gather requirements, Frame User Stories, acceptance criteria, Definition of Done. Estimation and Ranking of Product Backlog with WSJF, MoSCoW techniques. Deliver early and often by aligning with stakeholders.

Service Delivery

Work with Triage team to resolve production incidents, raising bugs in ALM tool for code fixes, allocating resources/capacity for defects resolution. Maintaining Known Error Database (KEDB) for recurring issues. Work with the Architecture team for redesigns, keeping architecture runway up and running to reduce defects, incidents.     

Content Management

Ensure high-level documentation on all functional topics are recorded in confluence, maintains PI-Planning Summary of PI objectives, commitments, ROAM board, dependency board. Ensure design guidelines of architecture are maintained.

Business Agility with SAFe

Setup agile Way of Working, Coach SAFe principles, practices, and define roles/responsibilities. Setup Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Program Increment (PI) planning, and the Product/System roadmap. Configure Agile Lifecycle Management tool(Rally, Jira, Octane) for initial setup with new Projects, teams. Configure Epic board, feature board, sprint boards. Define metric reports for measuring progress.

Solution delivery with Scrum/Kanban

Visualizing workflow of tasks in Kanban, limiting Work-In-Progress, practicing lean principles and ensuring the items get them ‘DONE’. Plan the release aligning with stakeholders and Devops teams. Setup channel for streamlined deployment process. Manage Change Approvals, downtime for deployment and change closure.

Business/Technical Analysis

Understand the business flow from a technical perspective. Mind-mapping of business modules with backend procedures, functions, Query optimization techniques. Analyze the feasibility of new requirements, controlling technical debt.

Emirates National Bank of Dubai - Aug 2023 - Present

Driving Delivery of CRM product solutions and enhancements in Scaled Agile framework, by facilitating two agile teams, ensuring dependencies are managed and resolved in timely manner. Enabling and coordinating the monthly releases to production. Publishing key metrics reports to stakeholders, product backlog management, controlling the quality of deliverables. Playing key role in conflict resolution, risk management, identifying various process areas to improve.

AIG Insurance - Jan 2020 - Dec 2021

Responsible for leading and managing an agile development team managing PREMIA Insurance lifecycle application of AIG MiddleEast, a QA team. Gathered Business requirements from users, converted them to Epics, features, User stories and tasks with Acceptance criteria, Definition of Done. Planned and managed the release of milestones with the configuration management team. Managed service delivery of incidents and service requests from end-users.

Acted as Support on-call manager weekly twice managing various departments of the account such as Merchandising, Stores, Online, Radar.
